Job summary

University of Texas at Austin is seeking an Implementation Coordinator - Chemistry for the OnRamps program in Austin. You will coordinate high-level instructional support, develop professional learning activities, and collaborate with course leads to enhance OnRamps course implementation.

Responsibilities include ongoing development of instructor networks, data-driven fidelity checks, and providing technical and problem-solving support to instructors across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, education, or related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
• Five years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Co-develops and implements annual professional learning institutes with course leads and PLN team.
• Implements ongoing professional development through weekly communications and virtual meetings.
• Develops interventions for instructors with implementation challenges.
• Uses data to ensure fidelity of course implementation and supports instructor resources.
