Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an Implementation Coordinator for History to support OnRamps instructors and ensure fidelity of course delivery. The role focuses on instructional support, stakeholder engagement, and orchestrating professional learning institutes across seasons.

Requires a History-related bachelor’s degree, five years of high school teaching experience, and strong customer service and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in History, education, or related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.
• Five years teaching experience at a high school.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders by providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for OnRamps instructors.
• Implements ongoing professional development and learning activities through weekly communication and monthly virtual meetings.
• Uses data science methodologies to monitor instructor engagement, pacing, and performance.
