Job summary

University of Texas at Austin seeks an Implementation Coordinator - History to support fidelity of the OnRamps History course and provide high-level instructional and professional development services to OnRamps Instructors in a hybrid work setting.

The role collaborates with Course Leads, the OnRamps Assistant Director, and the Professional Learning team to design and deliver annual institutes and ongoing learning activities, ensuring robust course implementation across Texas.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in History, education, or related field.
• Five years teaching experience at a high school.
• Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for OnRamps instructors.
• Implements ongoing professional development and learning activities through weekly communication, monthly virtual meetings, and professional learning institutes.
• Develops interventions for instructors with implementation challenges and those onboarded after Summer Institutes.
• Uses data to ensure fidelity of implementation using data science methodologies and supports fidelity of instructor resources.
