Job summary

University of Texas at Austin is hiring a Senior Course Coordinator – Statistics for OnRamps in Austin, TX. You will provide instructional support to instructors to ensure fidelity, teacher growth, and satisfaction within the OnRamps Four Pillars and lead professional institutes each season.

You will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, deliver just-in-time support, and oversee data-driven decisions to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or closely related field meeting Instructor of Record requirements.
• Five years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Proficient in Canvas LMS or another LMS.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences with a respectful, client‑focused approach.
• Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning in Statistics courses.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1:1 instructional, professional development, and technical service and support to OnRamps Instructors to ensure fidelity of implementation, teacher growth, retention, and satisfaction in the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for Onramps instructors in close collaboration with the Course Leads, OnRamps Assistant Director, and Professional Learning and Development team.
• Uses standardized relationship building strategies to cultivate and lead a network of Onramps Instructors with ongoing professional development activities.
• Develops and oversees systems monitoring curriculum implementation to ensure fidelity to the pillar of college-aligned content.
• Provides feedback to students as needed, including using data to observe student engagement.
