Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for an Implementation Coordinator – Economics with OnRamps. This role focuses on fidelity of OnRamps Economics courses, coordinating instructional support and professional development for instructors, and sustaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities include planning annual summer/fall/spring institutes, delivering ongoing development, and using data to monitor course fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, education, or related field.
• Three years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for OnRamps instructors.
• Implements ongoing professional development through weekly communication and monthly virtual meetings.
• Develops interventions for instructors with implementation challenges.
• Uses data science methodologies to monitor fidelity of OnRamps courses.
• Supports an instructor support system and sustains a virtual instructor community.
• Engages in designated special projects aligned with OnRamps goals.
