Responsabilités

• Supervise staff determining eligibility for SNAP, FITAP, and KCSP.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure timely processing.
• Review cases for accuracy and compliance with laws and program requirements.
• Train and coach staff to improve performance and knowledge.
• Monitor operations to reduce delays, errors, and backlogs.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns to promote consistent service.
• Oversee staff leave and performance evaluations across parishes.
