Qualifikationen

• Three years of experience in social services; OR six years of full-time experience; OR a bachelor's degree.
• Experience Substitution: Every 30 semester hours earned substitutes for one year of experience; max 120 semester hours substitutes for four years.

• Determine Eligibility for Economic Stability Programs by gathering and documenting client information.
• Provide quality customer service and program guidance with cultural sensitivity.
• Manage and document caseloads and case activity with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as Lead Analyst and Mentor, training and guiding new staff and reviewing cases.
• Support supervisory and operational functions, assist in reporting and workload balance.
• Ensure quality control and compliance review following state and federal rules.
• Provide training, representation, and community engagement through outreach and policy education.
