• Determine applicable period and amount of overpayments based on case findings and program requirements.
• Monitor discovery dates and prioritize claims approaching federal deadlines.
• Process and establish overpayment claims accurately and within required timeframes.
• Maintain complete documentation to support overpayment claims and recovery efforts.
• Ensure compliance with federal requirements while protecting state and federal funds.
• Identify findings that support fraud prevention and improve recovery efficiency.
