Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking an experienced eCommerce Support Manager to serve as the primary contact for customers, interpreting instructions and coordinating with internal teams to deliver custom manufacturing products. You will respond to inquiries, process orders and returns, and provide reports to meet customer needs.

You will also maintain accurate customer data, support multiple activities in a fast-paced environment, and assist the sales team by delivering insight from ERP reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Must be a self-starter and take responsibility for managing dedicated accounts within a territory.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and sales team. taking point on customer orders and answering questions.
• Maintain customer information databases accurate and up to date (preferences, address, points of contact).
• Receive customer requests via phone and/or email and process requests in a timely manner.
• Enter customer orders, issue return authorizations, issue warranty orders, schedule replacements parts, and notify sample department for customer samples needed.
• Provide proactive customer communication and foresee issues that may arise with account or order.
• Develop rapport with personnel and customers.
• Use creativity to explore product requests to meet customer needs.
