Job summary

Waters seeks an experienced E-Commerce Senior Product Manager – IT Business Partner to act as the primary technology partner for global digital commerce capabilities from planning through to run operations. You will translate commercial needs into a prioritized roadmap and oversee delivery of the e-commerce platform.

You will collaborate with Global Marketing, Commercial, Customer Experience, IT and regional teams to shape requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive revenue growth while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a technology or process organization.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris and/or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, B2B/B2C capabilities, pricing, promotions, and order management.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets, content authoring and digital asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead plan, build and run activities of global e-commerce product model.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and own product from IT side.
• Translate business needs to IT requirements and roadmap.
• Plan upgrades with Solution Architect and coordinate with IT vendors.
• Drive delivery, quality, and compliance across programs and regions.
• Establish relationships with business partners and advocate for IT within the business.
