Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates, quotes, warranty status, and pick up scheduling.
• Submit warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with parts department for service jobs.
• Support service manager in coordinating internal and retail repair orders.
• Reconcile service invoices with labor and parts billed.
• Maintain organized service files and customer records.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
