Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support daily operations in the service department. You will schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely work completion, while maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities include communicating service updates, processing warranty claims, and coordinating with the parts team. Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates, quotes, warranty status, and pick up scheduling.
• Submit warranty claims as needed and ensure proper documentation is completed and filed.
• Work closely with the parts department regarding parts needed for service jobs.
• Support the service manager and team in coordinating internal and retail repair orders.
• Reconcile service invoices, ensuring labor and parts are correctly billed.
• Maintain service files and customer records in an organized and accurate manner.
• Any other duties as assigned.
