Job summary

OK4WD, based in Stewartsville, NJ, seeks an Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist to support our ecommerce team and boost customer satisfaction as we grow. You will be essential in handling orders, answering inquiries, and maintaining records to ensure customer delight.

Ideal candidates are extroverted, comfortable in a fast-paced setting, and proficient with Excel; BigCommerce experience and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Extroverted individual who enjoys interacting with customers.
• Interest in the automotive and off-road industries a plus.
• Experience with BigCommerce a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies such as CRM, POS, and web based systems.
• Comfort with a fast paced environment and multitasking a must.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Good team worker.
• Must be detail oriented and responsible.
• Must have ability to accept constructive feedback.
• Fluent in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent pre- and post-sales support.
• Process orders from ecommerce website, phone, and emails.
• Respond to basic customer queries through phone, email, and online chat.
• Update customer records in the company database.
