Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a Sales Consultant to assist customers through the sales process and deliver an exceptional experience. You will use OneWater sales tools (CRM) to build relationships, review features, and guide customers from greeting through to final pricing.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting monthly and annual sales goals and maintaining product knowledge. Prior marine sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce or similar platforms).
• Prior experience in marine sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and answer phone inquiries.
• Present products and review features and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from start to finish including quotes and pricing.
• Close sales and exceed monthly and annual goals.
• Provide post-sale support and promote repeat business.
• Attend meetings, boat shows, and events.
• Complete necessary paperwork throughout the sales process.
