Shusters Builders Supplies Inc. is seeking a motivated digital sales and marketing assistant to collaborate with the eCommerce team. You will help ensure the user experience in our proprietary configuration software is accurate from quote to order.

You will work cross-functionally with management, warehouse, and shipping to address order changes and customer satisfaction, while supporting other functions as needed. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• 2–4 years work experience.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Reliable and eager to learn on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop order entry data fields and bills of materials with the eCommerce team.
• Coordinate with management, warehouse, and shipping to address order changes.
• Provide support to other company functions as needed.
• Resolve customer issues in software to ensure accurate orders.
