Job summary

Dow Jones & Company, Inc. is seeking an Associate, eCommerce Operations to support key ecommerce flows across Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, Financial News and IBD. You will liaise with marketing, product and tech teams to ensure a seamless checkout experience for flagship publications.

The role requires 1–2 years in eCommerce ops, a marketing background and familiarity with ATG/HTML. Strong organization and independent work style are essential for success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years experience in eCommerce operations.
• Knowledge of the subscription business preferred.
• ATG experience is a plus; HTML skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute new eCommerce flows to support new subscription offers in market.
• Create and manage offers within the ecommerce platform to promote flagship publications.
• Build landing pages for acquisition campaigns and optimize checkout.
• Launch offers via in-app across brands and run A/B experiments for retention.
• Coordinate with marketing, product and tech teams to ensure smooth checkout.
