Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a QA Analyst in the Marketing umbrella to support testing for customer lifecycle activities, including billing and promotions, across the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, and IBD subscriptions.

You will develop and execute test plans, validate frontend/backend functionality, and aid in test framework development while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of ecommerce operations experience.
• Knowledge of the ecommerce, direct-to-consumer space.
• Experience with test case creation, execution, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across web, desktop, and enterprise applications.
• Validate user interfaces, business logic, and backend data.
• Create and manage a test framework for validating the customer experience during and post subscription process.
• Prepare and deliver reports and recommendations addressing QA improvements.
