Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking an Associate, eCommerce Operations within the Marketing Operations group to support the creation and management of key ecommerce flows for the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, Financial News and IBD. This role will liaise directly with our marketing, product and tech teams to ensure a seamless checkout experience for our flagship publications.

You will work on new offers, landing pages, and promotions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure the checkout flow

Qualifications

1–2 years experience in eCommerce operations.
Knowledge of the subscription business preferred.
HTML skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute new eCommerce flows to support new subscription offers in market, including digital pricing, promotions, and site assets.
Create new offers and manage existing offers within the ecommerce platform to promote flagship publications.
Implement and build new landing pages for acquisition campaigns to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
Launch promotional and retention offers via in-app across the brands.
Develop and execute A/B experiments for retention campaigns.
Coordinate with internal tech teams to support new offerings with fulfillment and billing systems.
Collaborate with QA to ensure checkout flows work as expected prior to launch and maintain documentation.
