Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in eCommerce with API testing ability.
• Lead with operational rigor and defined workflows.
• HTML and SQL skills required.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Understanding end-to-end eCommerce processes incl. site ops and content mgmt.
• Experience optimizing AWS for performance, security, cost.
• Knowledge of media/publishing industry a plus.
• Subscription business knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Launch new products, offers and ecommerce flows; create BRDs; translate requirements for tech.
• Create and manage offers in ecommerce platform; build landing pages for campaigns; support new subscription offers.
• Partner with QA manager to manage timelines, testing goals, KPIs, test plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional units for pricing, testing, and streamlined intake.
• Analyze existing processes for improvement, drive KPIs, and automate manual tasks.
• Partner with manager to optimize processes and timelines; embed operational excellence.
• Manage a team of offer managers; mentor, optimize processes, and share knowledge.
