Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking an Associate, eCommerce Operations within the Marketing Operations group to support key ecommerce flows for its flagship publications. You will liaise with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

You will execute new ecommerce flows, create offers, build landing pages, and run A/B tests for retention campaigns across Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, Financial News and IBD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years experience in eCommerce operations.
• Knowledge of the subscription business preferred.
• Experience with ATG is a plus; ATG is a browser-based interface for offers and products.
• HTML skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute new eCommerce flows to support new subscription offers, including digital pricing and promotions.
• Create and manage offers within the ecommerce platform to promote flagship publications.
• Build and test landing pages for acquisition campaigns to ensure a seamless checkout.
• Launch promotional and retention offers via in-app across brands.
• Develop and execute A/B experiments for retention campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and tech teams to support checkout flow and systems.
