Dow Jones is seeking an Associate, eCommerce Operations to support the creation and management of ecommerce flows for our publications. You will work with Marketing, Product, and Tech to ensure a seamless checkout across the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, Financial News and IBD.

You will execute new ecommerce flows, create and manage offers, build landing pages, and launch promotions. 1–2 years in ecommerce operations and a marketing mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

1–2 years experience in ecommerce operations.
Knowledge of the subscription business is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute new ecommerce flows for subscription offers and pricing.
Create offers and manage existing offers in the ecommerce platform.
Build landing pages for acquisition campaigns and ensure seamless checkout.
Launch promotions and retention offers across brands and run A/B experiments.
Coordinate with marketing/tech and QA to ensure accurate setup and documentation.
