Job summary

News Corp is seeking an Associate, eCommerce Operations within the Marketing Operations group to support ecommerce flows for our flagship publications including The Wall Street Journal and Barron's. You will liaise with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure a seamless checkout experience across multiple brands.

Responsibilities include creating offers, landing pages, and promotions; launching retention campaigns; coordinating with internal tech and QA teams; and managing multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years experience in ecommerce operations.
• Knowledge of the subscription business preferred.
• Experience with ATG is a plus.
• HTML skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute new eCommerce flows to support new subscription offers presented in market, including digital pricing, promotions, and site assets.
• Create new offers and manage existing offers within the ecommerce platform to promote flagship publications.
• Implement and build new landing pages for acquisition campaigns and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Launch promotional and retention offers via In-app across the brands.
• Develop and execute A/B experiments for retention campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal tech teams to support new offerings in market with existing systems.
• Provide QA checks to ensure flows work pre-launch and maintain processes for efficient execution.
• Multi-task across projects, business units, and stakeholders.
