Swickard Auto Group in Las Vegas is seeking an Ecommerce Sales Consultant for our Shared Services team. You will be the first voice guests hear after submitting an online inquiry, responding quickly and guiding them to the right dealership within our 40+ rooftop network.

No automotive experience required; we hire for communication, hospitality, and follow-through, then train you on our process. This is a fast-paced, customer-first role with strong earning potential through a transparent OTE.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; sales, hospitality or retail backgrounds welcome.
• Strong communication over phone, email, and text; you put people at ease and earn engagement quickly.
• Disciplined follow-through; leads should not go cold and you don’t give up after one attempt.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms; or quick to learn them.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented; your activity and earnings are directly connected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound internet leads quickly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text with consistent outreach cadences.
• Qualify guest needs and timelines, and identify appropriate Swickard store and inventory.
• Warm-transfer qualified guests to the dealership sales team with clear handoff context.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all lead activity and guest interactions.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets and drive qualified handoffs.
