Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools and digital communication is a plus or quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and curiosity, understanding needs before presenting options.
• Guide guests through the lineup with product knowledge and brand storytelling.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives to create memorable experiences.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through disciplined follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance/management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining guest satisfaction scores.
