Job summary

Swickard Auto Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Support Lead within our centralized Shared Services to coach a team across 31 rooftops and sustain appointment volume. You will audit calls, manage CRM activity, and ensure high-quality guest interactions that feed our multi-store pipeline.

You'll lead by example on the floor, set performance standards, and partner with store leadership to align goals, while scaling a centralized support function for a fast-growing dealer group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BDC, sales support, or call center leadership experience in automotive retail is required.
• Proven track record of leading a team to consistent appointment volume and conversion performance.
• Strong CRM proficiency and coaching-first leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sales Support team -- set performance expectations, provide daily feedback, and develop team members into high-output contributors.
• Oversee appointment setting operations across 31 rooftops -- ensure volume targets, conversion rates, and quality standards.
• Manage outreach activity with proactive guest contact campaigns and follow-up cadences across the store network.
• Conduct regular audits of team calls, CRM activity, and appointment outcomes -- identify gaps and coach to standard.
• Provide leadership coverage across the sales support operation -- step in to manage volume and escalations, modeling the standard.
• Partner with store-level sales leadership to align sales support activity with each store's goals and priorities.
