Swickard Auto Group in Las Vegas is seeking an Ecommerce Sales Consultant to respond to online inquiries, quickly engage guests, and connect them with the right dealership. You will handle inbound leads and follow up across channels to move conversations toward a sale.

No automotive experience is required. We hire for communication, follow-through, and hospitality, and provide training across our 40+ rooftops and multiple brands. This role offers a strong OTE and growth opportunities.

• Confident, personable communicator who builds rapport quickly over phone and writing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound internet leads quickly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text with consistent outreach cadences.
• Qualify guest needs and fit for Swickard stores across the network.
• Warm-transfer qualified guests to dealership sales teams with clear handoff context.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records of lead activity and interactions.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets for response time and outreach.
• Represent Swickard's hospitality standards in every interaction.
