Swickard Auto Group in Las Vegas is seeking an Ecommerce Sales Consultant to quickly respond to online inquiries and guide guests to the right dealership within our 40+ store network. No automotive experience required; we value communication, hospitality, and strong follow-up.

You will engage via phone, email, and text, align guest needs with inventory, and ensure seamless handoffs to sales teams while maintaining meticulous CRM records and meeting daily activity targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound internet leads quickly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of lead activity in the CRM.
