Swickard Auto Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Support Lead within our centralized Shared Services to coach a team across 31 rooftops and sustain appointment volume. You will audit calls, manage CRM activity, and ensure high-quality guest interactions that feed our multi-store pipeline.

You'll lead by example on the floor, set performance standards, and partner with store leadership to align goals, while scaling a centralized support function for a fast-growing dealer group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BDC, sales support, or call center leadership experience in automotive retail is required.
• Proven track record of leading a team to consistent appointment volume and conversion performance.
• Strong CRM proficiency and coaching-first leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sales Support team -- set performance expectations, provide daily feedback, and develop team members into high-output contributors.
• Oversee appointment setting operations across 31 rooftops -- ensure volume targets, conversion rates, and quality standards.
• Manage outreach activity with proactive guest contact campaigns and follow-up cadences across the store network.
• Conduct regular audits of team calls, CRM activity, and appointment outcomes -- identify gaps and coach to standard.
• Provide leadership coverage across the sales support operation -- step in to manage volume and escalations, modeling the standard.
• Partner with store-level sales leadership to align sales support activity with each store's goals and priorities.

The Sales Support Lead oversees the team responsible for setting appointments, conducting outreach, and keeping the guest pipeline active and productive for stores across the organization. This is a leadership role with real reach -- the team you build and coach here directly supports sales operations from Southern California to Alaska.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and coach the Sales Support team -- setting performance expectations, providing daily feedback, and developing team members into consistent, high-output contributors
• Oversee appointment setting operations across 31 rooftops -- ensuring the team is hitting volume targets, conversion rates, and quality standards on every guest interaction
• Manage outreach activity -- overseeing proactive guest contact campaigns, follow-up cadences, and lead engagement across the store network
• Conduct regular audits of team calls, CRM activity, and appointment outcomes -- identifying gaps, coaching to standard, and holding the team accountable
• Provide leadership coverage across the sales support operation -- stepping in to manage volume, handle escalations, and model the standard when needed
• Partner with store-level sales leadership and GSMs to align sales support activity with each store's goals and priorities
• Track and report key performance metrics -- appointment volume, show rate, conversion, outreach activity, and CRM compliance -- to Shared Services leadership
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new Sales Support team members

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of BDC, sales support, or call center leadership experience in automotive retail -- required
• Proven track record of leading a team to consistent appointment volume and conversion performance
• Strong CRM proficiency -- able to audit activity, pull performance data, and coach to process across a team
• A coaching-first leadership approach -- you develop your team through direct feedback, live observation, and consistent standard-setting
• Comfortable operating in a multi-store, centralized support environment -- able to manage competing priorities across a large store network
• Clear, direct communicator who builds credibility with both the support team and the store-level leadership they serve
• High accountability and follow-through -- you hold yourself and your team to the same standard
