Helen of Troy seeks an Ecommerce Sales Manager for Retail to lead digital commerce across Walmart.com and Target.com and optimize performance for brands including Vicks, Braun, Honeywell, Revlon, and Hot Tools.

This role manages day-to-day eCommerce operations, forecasting, promotions, and analytics, partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive growth, profitability, and seamless execution for assigned retailers in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in eCommerce, omnichannel sales, or related roles.
• Experience with Walmart/Walmart.com and Target/Target.com.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital shelf excellence including content quality, search optimization, and conversion.
• Own marketplace assortment, pricing, and content for assigned customers.
• Manage sales, margins, inventory, and forecast to improve performance.
• Forecast and replenishment planning with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
• Monitor inventory and fulfillment metrics; mitigate sales risks.
• Execute promotional programs and seasonal events across platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align objectives.
