Job summary

Dr. Squatch is seeking a dedicated owner to run Walmart.com and Target.com end to end from Marina Del Rey, CA. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketplaces, you will own performance and day-to-day management as the channels scale, proving ownership fast and growing the function.

This is a full-time role reporting to the Senior Director, Marketplaces & Digital Retail, with base compensation estimated at market rates for the local area and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a function in a metrics-driven, high-growth brand or company.
• Strong fluency in performance data and ability to form a clear point of view.
• Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Walmart.com and Target.com through sales, share of voice, and on-site ad efficiency.
• Own performance reporting, insights, and recommendations from digital-retail analytics.
• Manage day-to-day channel operations: catalog health, PDP quality, offers and buy-box health, and on-site stock.
