Helen of Troy is seeking an Ecommerce Sales Manager for Retail to drive growth across key retail accounts such as Walmart and Target. You will oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations, analytics, and promotional execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize digital performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or omnichannel sales.
• Experience with Walmart, Walmart.com, Target, and/or Target.com.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Own digital shelf excellence including content quality, search optimization, ratings & reviews, and conversion performance.
• Own and drive marketplace assortment, pricing, content, and operational performance with omnichannel leads.
• Lead forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management for assigned customers.
• Analyze business performance trends and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate promotional calendars and monitor pricing accuracy across retailer platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to achieve objectives.
