Helen of Troy is seeking an Ecommerce Sales Manager, Retail to lead digital commerce for Walmart.com and Target.com across our Vicks, Braun, Honeywell, Revlon and Hot Tools brands. You will own day-to-day eCommerce operations, forecasting, promotions, and analytics, partnering with retailer contacts and cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

In this role you will manage content quality, pricing, assortment health, and shelf performance, while leading inventory planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, omnichannel sales, customer development, sales operations, or related commercial roles
• Experience working with Walmart, Walmart.com, Target, and/or Target.com businesses
• Experience supporting marketplace and omnichannel models, including 1P, 3P (marketplace), and integrated commerce strategies
• Advanced Excel, reporting, and analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel domestically up to 20% - This role requires reliable transportation to travel to various locations; a valid driver’s license is required depending on region
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day eCommerce operations for Walmart.com and Target.com.
• Drive sales performance, forecasting, promotions, and analytics.
• Partner with retailer contacts and cross-functional teams.
• Own digital shelf, pricing, content, and assortment health.
• Monitor inventory, delivery of sales and margin objectives.
• Lead item onboarding and continuous improvement of setup.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and others to meet objectives.
