Helen of Troy is seeking a Sales Ecommerce Manager for Retail to drive digital growth with Walmart and Target accounts. You will oversee eCommerce operations, forecasting, promotions, and analytics while partnering with cross-functional teams on brand initiatives.

Minimum 5+ years in eCommerce or omnichannel roles, advanced Excel, and ability to travel up to 20%. Massachusetts base pay ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, omnichannel sales or related roles.
• Experience with Walmart/Walmart.com and Target/Target.com.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, and analytics abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support retail team and drive growth across key retail accounts (Walmart, Target).
• Lead day-to-day eCommerce operations, sales performance, forecasting and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across brands to execute digital initiatives.
• Own pricing, content, promotions and assortment for assigned customers.
• Lead item onboarding and ensure accuracy of product content.
