Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a tactical eCommerce Sales Support specialist to drive online sales strategies across Amazon and other channels. You will coordinate merchandising, analyze results, and support account planning with sales leaders and brand teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in ecommerce, with strong Excel and MS Office skills. Hybrid work in New York or Bend, OR is offered, with a schedule supporting collaboration Tue–Thu in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of ecommerce experience at a retailer, agency, or brand.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate online sales, merchandising and promotional strategies and analyze results.
• Support joint business planning and review account performance with managers.
• Maintain high levels of service and strong relationships with key eCommerce accounts.
• Ensure best-in-class product detail pages for Helen of Troy brands with key partners.
• Conduct audits of partner sites for product information and content accuracy.
• Support Amazon Advertising efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Be the voice of the customer to help cross-functional teams make informed decisions.
