Dow Jones is seeking a QA Analyst to ensure accurate collection of customer data and support lifecycle activities for subscriptions across Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, and IBD.

You will design test cases, perform UAT across web and desktop, and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to improve quality. This role is based in Princeton, NJ and offers competitive benefits.

Strong testing skills, SQL, API testing, Agile experience required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of ecommerce operations experience.
• Familiarity with ecommerce, direct-to-consumer space.
• Experience creating and executing test cases, documenting results.
• Project management skills to plan testing around releases.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile, SQL and API testing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of tech infra, testing and databases.
• Proactive problem solving for production issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and analysts during requirement analysis.
• Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across web, desktop, and enterprise applications.
• Validate UI, business logic, and backend data.
• Create and manage a test framework for validating the subscription journey.
• Document test plans, results, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with development teams to map functionality and impacted systems.
• Design test cases to validate customer experience before releases.
• Support releases with pre- and post-release validation.
• Report QA findings and recommendations to the Program Director.
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools to enhance test generation and automation.
