Dow Jones is seeking a QA Analyst to ensure accurate data collection for billing, price changes, and customer communications. You will test promotions for Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, and IBD subscriptions and support frontend development with test cases and user acceptance testing.
You will collaborate with marketing stakeholders and developers to validate interfaces and backend data, designing robust test scenarios and maintaining clear documentation throughout the subscription

The QA Analyst will carry out a variety of functions that ensure the proper collection of customer data to support key customer lifecycle activities such as billing, price increases, and customer communications. This position is responsible for testing customer facing promotions created for the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Marketwatch, and IBD subscriptions. This position is responsible for supporting all front end web page development by creating test cases and performing user acceptance testing on all new functionality.
