Job summary

Fleur du Mal is seeking an organized Ecommerce Product Coordinator to support product operations, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination across our D2C business.

This role reports to the Director of Ecomm Operations and collaborates with internal and external teams to ensure accurate product information, timely launches, and seamless replenishment. NYC-based, hybrid work with exposure to luxury fashion operations.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in e‑commerce, merchandising, buying, planning, or ops.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with inventory data or supply chain processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with Purple Dot or preorder systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Track inventory levels and quarterly replenishment orders with planning, warehouse, and vendors.
  • Coordinate inbound inventory with warehouse and communicate product arrivals to E‑Commerce, Retail, and Marketing teams.
  • Set up new products in Shopify for successful launches.
  • Support preorder management by adding incoming inventory and recuts in Purple Dot.
  • Serve as the point of communication on the ecommerce team for inbound merchandise.
  • Track packaging inventory and coordinate reorders of boxes, bags, and fulfillment materials.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and identify tools to improve processes.

Job description

Fleur du Mal is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Ecommerce Product Coordinator to support product operations, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination across our D2C business.

This role will be responsible for maintaining visibility into product inventory, coordinating with third-party vendors and warehouse partners, tracking inbound inventory and product launches, and ensuring internal teams have accurate and timely product information. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where organization and follow-through are critical.

This position will report to the Director of Ecomm Operations and will work closely with internal and external teams to support the day-to-day execution of product and inventory-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Track inventory levels and quarterly replenishment orders for all third-party products across DTC channels, partnering with planning, warehouse, and vendors.
  • Coordinate incoming inventory with warehouse and communicate product arrivals, check-ins, and availability to E-Commerce, Retail, and Marketing teams.
  • Set up new products in Shopify, collaborating with the team to ensure successful product launches.
  • Support preorder management by adding incoming inventory and recuts in Purple Dot.
  • Serve as the point of communication on the ecommerce team for inbound merchandise.
  • Track packaging inventory across warehouse and retail locations and coordinate reorders of boxes, bags, and other fulfillment materials as needed.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and proactively identify, test, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve processes.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Merchandising, Buying, Planning, or Operations.
  • Experience working within Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Experience working with inventory management, product data, or supply chain processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Purple Dot or preorder management systems is a plus.
