Job summary

Hire With Jarvis - Lance Melendez is seeking an enthusiastic Ecommerce Coordinator to support daily operations of a fast-growing D2C ecommerce site on Shopify. This full-time position is onsite in Bloomingdale, IL, Monday to Friday.

You will manage customer orders, update product listings, and work closely with the Ecommerce Manager, ensuring an engaging digital experience. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of ecommerce experience and familiarity with Shopify, along with strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to support the daily operations of a fast-growing D2C ecommerce site running on Shopify. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure the website is accurate, engaging, and running smoothly. From processing orders to refreshing product content and supporting customers, you will play a vital role in the digital experience. There is excellent growth potential here with a brand new Shopify platform!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders through the ecommerce platform
• Update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery on a live site
• Partner with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure the website is optimized and up to date
• Engage with customers via email or phone to answer questions and resolve order issues
• Assist in merchandising, promotional planning, and other ecommerce-related projects
• Help identify and implement opportunities to improve user experience and conversion

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in an ecommerce, D2C, or digital retail environment
• Familiarity with Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms) strongly preferred
• Bonus points for Amazon marketplace or dropship experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
