Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking an experienced ecommerce optimization professional to drive ongoing improvements across the storefront. You will collaborate with site experience, category management, brand management, and design teams to maximize engagement and sales through data-driven initiatives.

You will plan content and campaigns with SEO insights, support marketing initiatives, and ensure the shopper journey is optimized for conversion and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years relevant experience in an ecommerce capacity, with a proven track record of conversion/sales success.
• Experience with B2C retail and fashion/accessories is a plus.
• Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments.
• Strong understanding of branding and the customer experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, able to work independently while also contributing to team effort.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong in MS Office.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a cohesive optimization strategy for the ecommerce website experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute strategies to best present product and service offerings while driving engagement and maximizing sales conversion.
• Partner in strategic planning with ecommerce leads, digital marketing, analytics, and creative resources to translate goals into online experiences.
• Support site content planning and marketing campaigns with data-driven insights and SEO recommendations.
• Implement strategies to optimize the shopper journey to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage, maintain, and QA the storefront daily.
• Align site improvements with traffic-driving activities across email, SEM/SEO, social media, and other channels.
• Execute site changes with outside agencies and internal teams.
