Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Manager of eCommerce Business to lead optimization and growth of the eCommerce channel across guest-facing and business-enabling features. You will plan and execute owned content, collaborate on app and web development, and support delivery and marketplace initiatives.

The role reports to the Director of Digital Experience and requires onsite work four days a week. You will work with brand, marketing, digital, and product teams to advance the digital strategy, focusing on

Responsibilities

  • Determine the best way to strategically support menu optimization, and product merchandising to generate high conversion rates.
  • Ensure cross functional collaboration around menu releases and the support of limited time and new products, supporting a seamless menu release and managing UAT between tech and brand teams.
  • Drive the planning, creation, and execution of all owned eCommerce content to enhance user experience and support business goals.
  • Facilitate as-needed business activities to improve eCommerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion, check size, and CSAT.
  • Collaborate with Inspire product teams to plan, execute, and prioritize forward app and web development, ensuring enhancements are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay current with digital best practices, strategies, competition, & industry standards.
  • Drive the optimization of guest-facing features, such as navigation, search, and checkout, as well as business-enabling features to maximize eCommerce performance.
  • Track the brands overall digital performance and investigate any major performance changes to identify possible product improvements, content updates or strategy changes that deliver on overall digital and e-commerce goals.
  • Develop merchandising and upsell opportunities within owned menu driving incremental revenue.
  • Establish and implement strategies to grow and optimize owned delivery channels, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Support the third-party marketplace team by providing insights and recommendations to enhance performance on external platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, IT, and product teams, to ensure cohesive execution of eCommerce initiatives.
  • Work closely with Inspire product teams to plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for app and web platforms, ensuring high-quality deployments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on eCommerce priorities and communicate performance updates and recommendations.
  • Analyze eCommerce performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Establish a robust test-and-learn agenda to refine strategies and improve key performance metrics.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify best practices and potential enhancements to eCommerce capabilities.
