Job summary

Eyefinity, Inc. is seeking an experienced eCommerce Optimization Manager to drive the on-site experience and conversion.

You will partner with site experience, category management, brand management, and creative design to translate business goals into engaging online experiences. You will plan and execute optimization, QA storefront daily, support digital marketing campaigns, guide testing of customer journeys, and collaborate with IT to resolve production issues while improving customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
4+ years in ecommerce with proven conversion/sales success.
B2C retail or fashion/accessories experience is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute a cohesive optimization strategy for ecommerce experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into online experiences.
Plan and execute site content tactics and marketing campaigns with data-driven SEO suggestions.
QA storefront daily and ensure alignment with marketing communications.
Lead testing of shopper journeys to improve satisfaction and average order value.
Work with IT to address technical issues promptly.
