Eaton’s North America Sales - Distributed Infrastructure Technology division seeks a National Account Manager, Ecommerce to lead omnichannel growth with Amazon and other ecommerce retailers, aligning online and offline channels. You will drive revenue growth, manage strategic accounts, and work with product, marketing, and supply chain to execute customer strategies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ecommerce, omnichannel sales, marketing, or national account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience managing strategic national accounts across ecommerce, marketplace, and brick-and-mortar retail channels, including Amazon and other national ecommerce retailers.
• Proven ability to develop and execute customer business plans, forecasting processes, and revenue growth strategies.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic omnichannel business plans for ecommerce accounts to achieve sales and market share objectives.
• Own customer relationships at multiple organizational levels.
• Identify growth opportunities through assortment, promotions, ecommerce initiatives, and digital merchandising.
• Lead annual and joint business planning and customer reviews.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and growth strategies.
• Develop pricing, promotions, and omnichannel sales strategies across ecommerce and retail channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, supply chain, and operations to improve engagement and execution.
• Drive digital content, merchandising, and retail media initiatives to improve online visibility and sales.
