Job summary

Eaton is seeking a National Account Manager, Ecommerce to lead omnichannel growth with key ecommerce and retail customers across North America. You will drive revenue, category growth, and customer engagement while aligning strategies with product management, marketing, supply chain, and sales leadership.

You will manage executive relationships, negotiate annual plans, and support analytics and dashboards that inform business decisions. up to 25% travel required to customer locations and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ecommerce, omnichannel sales, marketing, or national account management.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
• Experience managing strategic national accounts across ecommerce, marketplace, and brick-and-mortar retail channels, including Amazon and other national ecommerce retailers.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing customer business plans, forecasting processes, joint business plans, and revenue growth strategies.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving results within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic omnichannel business plans for assigned ecommerce accounts to achieve sales, profit, revenue growth, and market share objectives.
• Own customer relationships at multiple levels within accounts as Eaton's primary commercial contact.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities through assortment expansion, promotions, ecommerce initiatives, retail media, and new product introductions.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and joint business planning with assigned customers.
• Analyze performance, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop pricing, promotions, assortment, and omnichannel strategies to support profitable growth.
