Eaton is seeking a National Account Manager, Ecommerce to develop and execute omnichannel strategies across Eaton's ecommerce and retail customers. You will lead strategic relationships with Amazon and other national retailers while supporting brick-and-mortar partnerships for a seamless online/offline customer experience.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/ecommerce, strong cross-functional collaboration, and up to 25% travel to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years in sales, ecommerce, omnichannel sales, marketing, or national account management.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Experience managing strategic national accounts across ecommerce, marketplace, and brick-and-mortar channels.
Ability to develop and execute customer business plans and revenue growth strategies.
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

Develop omnichannel plans for Amazon and six assigned accounts to drive sales, profit, and market share.
Own relationships with key account stakeholders at multiple levels.
Identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, promotions, and ecommerce initiatives.
Lead annual business planning, forecasts, and joint business planning with customers.
Communicate customer insights to influence product, marketing, and ecommerce strategies.
Build a multi-year pipeline and negotiate annual agreements aligning with Eaton's objectives.
