Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking an on-site eCommerce Specialist to implement plans supporting our online sales strategy and lead cross-functional efforts across Inside Sales, Parts, IT, and Marketing at the New Bremen, Ohio location.

The role emphasizes monitoring platforms, updating product information in the PIM system, supporting merchandising initiatives, reviewing performance metrics, and ensuring data quality to enhance the customer experience and revenue growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, User Experience, or Business with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Implement plans that support the overall eCommerce strategy to grow online sales and generate sales leads.
• Monitor and evaluate day-to-day activity of eCommerce platforms to ensure sites function properly and deliver a good customer experience.
• Review orders and lead cross-functional efforts with Inside Sales, Parts, Branches, Dealers, IT, and Customer Experience Center to fix issues affecting the purchase experience.
