Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading forklift and material handling innovator, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for the National Accounts team in New Bremen, OH. You will work with National Accounts Managers to prepare quotations, sales materials, and coordinate vendor liaison.

You will interact with customers, engineers, and internal teams to gather application specifics and schedule equipment deliveries, demos, and rentals.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years related experience.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must have valid driving privileges.
• Occasional travel.
• Occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the National Accounts sales department.
• Assist with quotations, sales presentations, and vendor liaison.
• Interact with customers and internal teams to gather application specifics for National Accounts.
• Coordinate with engineering, coordinators, Inside Sales Reps, and vendors as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and follow-up of new equipment deliveries, demos, and rental needs.
• Answer calls from National Account customers as needed.
• Compile account-specific month-end reporting.
