Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Account Operations Specialist for our Columbus, OH area with on-site work. The role blends analytics, creativity, and strategy to optimize product listings and drive account performance.

Key tasks include managing listings, partnering with managers to grow revenue, merchandising products, and ensuring quality and compliance across platforms. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in eCommerce are preferred, with strong Excel and data skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in eCommerce, merchandising, or account management (apparel or fashion preferred).
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target+, and/or Shopify; strong Excel and data skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Listing Process—Create, optimize, and manage product listings with automation and bulk uploads.
• Drive Sales Growth—Partner with Account Managers to increase revenue and expand product assortments.
• Merchandise with Purpose—Collaborate with Merchandisers to build compelling product collections.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance—Conduct daily audits of listings for accuracy and brand standards.
• Identify Opportunities—Analyze performance data and recommend growth strategies for each account.
• Stay Ahead of Trends—Monitor consumer behavior and eCommerce trends to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally—Work with internal teams and external partners to maximize visibility and performance.
