Job summary

Sunco.com is seeking an experienced Digital Ecommerce Manager to oversee ecommerce website operations, digital customer experience, and ecommerce technology. You will manage platform configurations, updates, integrations, tracking, and performance, coordinating developers, agencies, marketers, and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, brand-consistent experiences.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on ecommerce experience and project management capability.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, integrations, analytics, and UX/UI principles.
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee Ecommerce Website & Platform Management and related digital systems.
Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, updates, checkout and tracking configurations.
Coordinate with developers, agencies, designers, and internal teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
Monitor website performance, mobile responsiveness, and site reliability; fix customer-facing bugs and tracking issues.
Ensure brand-consistent, user-friendly, mobile-optimized experiences across platforms.
Lead ecommerce projects from planning through launch; create briefs, timelines, QA, and launch plans.
Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, budgets, approvals, and deliverables; conduct post-launch reviews.
