Job summary

Sunco Lighting, Inc. is a leading online lighting retailer based in Valencia, CA. We seek an experienced ecommerce professional to own website operations, drive enhancements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality shopping experiences.

You will manage updates, tracking, and integrations; optimize UX, speed, and conversions; and lead projects from planning through launch. A strong background in analytics, platforms, and vendor management is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, website operations, or ecommerce project management.
• Hands-on experience managing ecommerce websites on major platforms.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, QA, and launch planning.
• Knowledge of analytics, tracking, and customer journey optimization.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce website operations and related digital systems.
• Oversee updates, checkout, payments, tracking, apps, integrations, and configurations.
• Coordinate with developers, agencies, designers, and internal teams to implement enhancements.
• Monitor site performance, mobile responsiveness, and reliability.
• Lead projects from planning through launch with briefs, timelines, and QA plans.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Manage priorities, risks, budgets, approvals, and deliverables.
