Job summary

Sunco Lighting Inc. in Valencia, CA is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations & Web Projects Lead to manage day-to-day website operations, updates, checkout settings, and platform integrations.

You will drive performance, reliability, and a seamless customer experience across devices. You will coordinate with developers, agencies, designers, and internal teams to implement enhancements, translate business needs into technical requirements, and lead projects from planning through launch with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, website operations, or ecommerce project management.
• Experience managing ecommerce websites and digital projects.
• Hands-on experience with major ecommerce platforms.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, QA, and launch planning experience.
• Knowledge of ecommerce technologies, integrations, analytics, tracking, checkout systems, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong UX/UI understanding and visual design judgment.
• Experience using analytics and behavior tracking tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow improvement

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce website operations and related digital systems.
• Oversee website updates, checkout functionality, payment settings, tracking, apps, integrations, and platform configurations.
• Coordinate with developers, agencies, designers, and internal teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Monitor website performance, mobile responsiveness, customer-facing bugs, tracking issues, and site reliability.
• Ensure websites are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
• Lead ecommerce and website projects from planning through launch.
• Create project briefs, requirements, timelines, QA plans, testing procedures, launch plans, and post-launch reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, budgets, approvals, and deliverables.
• Conduct testing before and after launches to ensure successful implementation.
